Wendy Barbosa - Realtor & Sales/Marketing Coordinator

Wendy, Al's wife and business partner, was lucky enough to be born and raised in beautiful Utah. She met Al working in the Technology Sales industry over 15 years ago in Dayton, Ohio. Wendy's favorite years living in Utah have been the ones she has spent in living in Park City. If offers her the ease, and intimacy of small town life, while being minutes from Salt Lake's shopping, dining, and family. Wendy had the opportunity to live in Atlanta, Denver, and Chicago in various Sales, Administration, and Sales Management capacities for Fortune 100 Companies such as NCR, MCI, and AT&T. She attended the University of Utah majoring in Business Administration and Marketing. She joined Al on the Real Estate Team full time almost four years ago. Wendy's background in Sales, Marketing, Negotiation, Personnel and Account Management enable her assist Al in the business of delivering superior service to existing and prospective clients.


Andrew Moss - Realtor - Buyers Agent

A Utah native, Andy has spent most of his life enjoying the beautiful scenery and the endless recreational opportunities of his home state. While in college, he began his first career as a Trainer with a multi-national corporation. Focused on teaching sales and interpersonal skills, Andy reinforced his career with a degree in Communication from Southern Utah University. After graduation, he began work with a local financial institution where he had the opportunity to help rewrite several training programs and continue teaching. Since joining the Al's team, Andy's use of technology, the internet, personal communications background as well as his knowledge of the local market allow him to match Park City buyers with their dream properties!


Natalie Schettler - Administrative Assistant

Natalie has lived in Utah all her life, and has lived in Park City for 8 years. She is married and the mother of 4 wonderful children. She enjoys spending her time in the gym and on the field at her children's various sporting events. She also enjoys hiking and camping with her family. Natalie's professional career includes working for Intermountain Health Care and Franklin Covey before being introduced to Real Estate. Her role includes marketing support, tracking, and coordination functions. Natalie enjoys the diversity that the Real Estate profession brings.


David Ramaley - Marketing Director

With over 25 years of experience in advertising and publishing, David brings a wealth of knowledge to our Marketing Department. David built a very successful design career in Aspen, Colorado over 23 years, creating advertising for clients such as the Aspen Skiing Company, each of Aspen's four largest real estate companies, Kaelin Skiwear and several lodging and condominium developers. David and his family moved from Aspen to Park City in 2001 for the quality of schools, job opportunities for he and his wife Nancy at Prudential, and also the opportunity for his son to coach Freestyle Skiing at the Utah Olympic Park. David manages the Marketing Department, writes and creates all of our Newsletters and directs design and workflow of large projects within the Marketing Department.


Rick Rybarczyk - Art Director

Rick's background as a computer pre-press guru for two of the country's top pre-press shops, has proven to be a great education for today's technology intensive graphic design world. An avid mountain biker and snowboarder, Rick's love of the mountains moved him from the burgeoning metropolis of Phoenix, Arizona to Park City in the fall of 2002. Rick is excited to finally be able to use his outstanding design abilities to create magazines, brochures, ads and agent identities for Prudential Utah Real Estate in one of the greatest mountain towns in America; Park City, Utah.
