Al was fortunate enough to have grown up in and around South Florida, the Florida Keys and beautiful Key West . Al has over 20 years of Luxury Resort & Second Home Market Real Estate experience and has always consistently been a nationally ranked Top Producer specializingin assisting high end clients with Buying and Selling their Second and or Resort Properties.

Al completed his undergraduate degree in Computer Science at the University of Miami, in Coral Gables, Florida with minors in both Math & Marketing. He then was awarded a Graduate Fellowship through the marketing department at The Graduate School of Business at Clemson University. Al then moved to Clemson, South Carolina and the "Deep South" to attend graduate school and while there where he assistedmarketing professors conduct advanced research in the marketing field. There he earned his Masters of Business Administration M.B.A. degree with a concentration in Technical Marketing.

Immediately after completing graduate school, Al began his sales & marketing career in the Information Technology field in the corporate world and worked and excelled while working for Fortune 50 Companies like AT&T, NCR, MCI and Microsoft to name a few.

After twelve years of corporate sales Al decided to follow his heart and he began to pursue a career in the Luxury Real Estate Market.Over the past 20 years, Al has held real estate licenses in the States of Georgia, Utah and Florida.Al's passion for Real Estate is second to none. His proven track record spanning two decades as a Top Producing real estate Agent and Broker, has earned him numerous regional and national awards and industry honors, all while managing to sell over 200 milliondollars in luxury resort real estate.

Also, during this time Al has managed to earn many top industry professional designations and certifications. Examples of these are: Graduate of The Realtor Institute GRI, Certified Residential Specialist CRS, Accredited Buyer Representative ABR, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist CLHMS. Al’s real estate team at one point grew to 10 members and was named the # 1 Top Producing team at his brokerage while consistently ranking in the Top 1% of all REALTORs at his respective Board for both the number of transactions and in dollar volume.

Al has so also served as the Managing Broker for a growing resort town office of a national brand named residential brokerage. Al managed recruiting, training, marketing and mentoring of the approximately 25 agents and several administrative staff.
